You acknowledge and agree that: the marketplace provides an online location for buyers to purchase products; the price for a product will be as stated in the relevant product listing; the price for the product must include all taxes and comply with applicable laws in force from time to time; delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, other ancillary costs, and charges, will only be payable by the buyer if this is expressly and stated in the product listing; All products you order are safely packed and sent to you in good condition. As we are doing this business for the past twelve years you will not face a difficult situation where you will be asking for a refund for a damaged or low-quality product. If in case you find a product to be damaged or not in a well-maintained quality you should inform us within 24 hours after the products are delivered to you. Our delivery team will contact you and you will be eligible for a refund. Kindly note that all products we send through our service are well checked and safely packed ensuring it's quality, So chances are that you might probably not ask for a refund and you will be completely satisfied with the product and our service. But in case you find something wrong with the product(Not properly maintained, damaged, or expired) you can simply contact us within 24 hours after the product is delivered and inform our team regarding the issue. All product you purchase on our website are delivered within 7-15 working days. But kindly keep in note that Holidays, Lockdowns, Weather and other geographical factor of our country may affect the duration of delivery.
